Experience: Pedro Mezquita is a securities lawyer specializing in mergers and acquisitions. He has advised both underwriters and issuers in all aspects of securities regulations, and has advised clients in connection with public tender offers. He set up the first stock brokerage house in Venezuela, the first issue of American Depositary Receipts (ADRs) by a Venezuelan company, the first securitization in Venezuela, and many other innovations in the local capital markets.
