Practice: Alejandro Sosa joined BNMO in 2006. Previously he worked as a legal assistant at D`Empaire, Reyna, Bermudez Abogados (2003-2006), where he worked for the departments of para-legal matters, corporate, labor and litigation.

He has assisted national and international transactions, as well as in contracts with the government and foreign investment. He has focused his practice in the corporate, tax and financial area. He has assisted national and international companies in the process of forming the legal basis and analyzing the tax implications of their business in Venezuela.

Mr. Sosa is a faculty member of Universidad Catolica Andres Bello since 2016, where he is currently teaching Civil Law.
