Manuel Lopez expertise centers on corporate and civil law, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and international contracts. He has advised clients on a wide range of corporate, commercial, project development, regulatory, and financial matters. He has represented clients in public and private bidding processes with State-owned companies.
Mr. Lopez has taught Torts and Introduction to Contracts (Universidad Central University) and contracts and inheritance law (Universidad Monteavila).
Mr. Lopez has been active in arbitration and conciliation proceedings and advises individuals and privately owned companies in their international investments, tax planning, trusts and inheritance law issues.
