Practice: Tulio Alvarez has deep experience in collective bargaining, litigation and advising companies in the most diverse fields. He especially stands out as the coordinator of strategies in large-scale judicial processes.
He currently works as a researcher at the Law Research Institute of Universidad Catolica Andres Bello and as professor of Procedural Law and Constitutional Law at the same university (Since 1983). He is also the head professor of Constitutional Law (appointed in 2012) of Universidad Central de Venezuela and professor of procedural and Roman law since 1989. Likewise, he works as a professor in the doctorates of Social Sciences, History and Law; in addition to the master`s degrees in Philosophy, Constitutional Law and Human Rights.
Tulio Álvarez is a permanent speaker at national and international legal events; likewise, he has dozens of legal books on the subjects of political institutions, constitutional law, civil procedural law, Roman law, electoral law, among other topics.
