Experience: José Ignacio Arcaya Degwitz joined BNMO in 2017 to work in the corporate and tax team. He worked as a parliamentary assistant in the Venezuelan´s National Assembly, where he conducted research on public policy programs and collaborated in the drafting of bills prepared by different commissions (2016). He acted as President of the Student´s Council of the Monteávila University (2017-2018).
José Ignacio Arcaya has focused his work on corporate and tax matters. He has worked on local and international transactions, and in matters related to the organization of capital and the protection of investments.
He is currently an assistant professor of Legal-Political Institutions: Introduction to Law and History of Venezuela at Universidad Monteavila (since 2019).
