Experience: Norma Cristina Márquez joined BNM ONTIER in 2022 as partner of the team dedicated to Family Law, Child and Teens Protection. She was an attorney at the law firm Octavio, Domínguez, Márquez, Silva y Asociados, and associate attorney at the law firm Márquez & Octavio Abogados.
She has participated in several forums in the city of Caracas, among which stand out: "Judicial proceedings in the Organic Law for the Protection of Children and Adolescents", of the Supreme Court of Justice (2003); the "Workshop on civil proceedings contemplated in the LOPNA, national and international adoption, ordinary and special divorce regime", of the Supreme Court of Justice (2003); "The Venezuelan State and the Convention on the Rights of the Child", of the Supreme Court of Justice (2005); "The guarantee of the Human Right of children and adolescents to give their opinion and be heard in judicial proceedings before the Courts of Protection", of the Supreme Court of Justice (2007); "V Forum on Child and Adolescent Law" of the Supreme Court of Justice and UNICEF (2008).
