Experience: Pablo Roberto García joined BNMO in 2022 as a partner of the Intellectual Property and Sports Law team. He was an associate of the law firm Hoet & Partners where he managed the Department of Transfers and Renewals, Copyright and Sports Law. He was also an attorney at the law firm Bolet Terrero.
Pablo Roberto has concentrated his practice in intellectual property and sports law. He is the author of the Venezuela chapter for the British publishing house, The Sports Law Review (2019), standing out among the few Venezuelans who have written in the country on the subject.
He founded the first multidisciplinary sports representation agency in Venezuela licensed by FIFA and the MLB Players Association.
